XL Shot Glass Display Case Rack Holder Cabinet w/ Mirror Backed and 11 Glass Shelves -Walnut Review

This was absolutely perfect for what I was looking for and has prevented my cats from knocking over all my shot glasses all the time. Or just jumping over them and leaving cat hair inside... I love that the shelves are so adjustable so my 8 inch tall shot glass fits in just fine. I only have 7 of the shelves in, everything is spaced out and it looks great.

Installation wise, it included no instructions, 2 of the screws were bent and 1 broke. If you don't know what you're doing as far as studs and anchors and whatever else my friends were fighting about go - be warned, you're going to need a drill and a few extra screws are a good idea.

But all worked out brilliantly since my friend had his toolbox with a drill and extra screws downstairs in his truck... and it's beautiful, I just hate that the doors are plastic. The mirror is crisp and sharp, but when you put plastic doors in front of it, the mirror looks warped and dull. I'm likely going to buy panes of glass to replace them with when I'm not so lazy.

Also note - the shelves are not wide enough for wine glasses.

Many interior designers believe that it is not possible to have a good interior design décor in a house or an office without having a good shelf system. Shelves are used to add a touch of color and uniqueness to a living room, an office or an apartment and on shelves are placed a wide range of things such as glass carvings' to books to vases. When it comes to shelves, wooden shelves have been the most popular but more innovation in the arena of shelves has seen glass shelves reclaiming their position. There are now more exotic types of shelves such as glass shelves. But before we examine glass shelves, let us take a closer look at their counterpart, the wooden shelves.

Wooden shelves have been around for some time. Most of the available types popular today are not necessarily made of real wood but are usually constructed out of a cheaper brand that really resembles the solid core pressed wood or plywood. The process of producing cheaper imitation wood for shelf construction is also called "engineered". To make the wood more attractive, it is then covered with paint or veneer. This makes it not only very attractive, but also much cheaper than real wood. This process is also very economical and can make this generic wood actually lighter and stronger than real wood!
